1、 Scope of application

　　DWX type (suspended) single hydraulic prop is a new type of externally supplied constant resistance single hydraulic prop, which is a supporting equipment for high-end mechanized general mining face and also an end support equipment for comprehensive mining face. It is suitable for roof support and end roof support in coal mine mining working faces. Due to its high bearing capacity, strong resistance to eccentric load, large stability and safety factor, large working stroke, and wide range of use, it can be applied to thin coal seams, medium thick coal seams, and thicker coal seam working faces.

twoStructural composition

　　The DWX type (suspended) single hydraulic support column consists of components such as oil cylinder, active column, three-way valve, handle valve body, reset spring, base, hinged top cover, sealing cover assembly, guide ring, elastic cylindrical pin, connecting steel wire, and seal.

　　（1） Articulated top cover 1

　　The pillar top cover is a component that transmits mining pressure to the pillar. And clamp the top beam with column claws to prevent the pillars from being pushed down when the top plate is pressed. It is connected to the movable column 3 through an elastic cylindrical pin 14.

　　（2） Sealing cover component 2

　　It is equipped with O-ring 12 (GB1235-76) and retaining ring 13 to achieve sealing of the upper part of the pillar.

　　（3） Active pillar 3

　　Active pillar 3 is the upper load-bearing member of the pillar, which can transmit the top plate pressure to oil cylinder 5 and base 7 in hydraulic form. It is equipped with a guide ring 18.

　　（4） Hand held valve body 4

　　The handle valve body 4 is connected to the oil cylinder 5 through a connecting wire 17, and it is a gripper for transporting and moving the support column. It is equipped with a dust ring 11 to prevent coal dust from entering the support column when the active column moves; It is also equipped with Y-shaped sealing ring 9 and retaining ring 10, Y-shaped sealing ring 15 and retaining ring 16, O-ring 19 (GB1235-76) and retaining ring 20.

　　（5） Oil cylinder 5

　　Cylinder 5 is the load-bearing rod at the lower part of the pillar. It is connected to the base 7 by connecting steel wire 17.

　　（6） Reset Spring 6

　　Reset spring 6 is a tension spring that resets the active column during column return. Its upper end is hung on the hanging ring below the sealing cover component 2, and its lower end is hung on the hanging ring of the base 7.

　　（7） Base 7

　　Transfer the top plate pressure borne by active column 3 to the bottom plate. Base 7 is equipped with O-ring 19 (GB1235-76) and retaining ring 20 to prevent liquid leakage between base 7 and cylinder 5.

　　（8） Three purpose valve 8

　　It consists of a one-way valve, a safety valve, and an unloading valve. The lifting, bearing, and recovery of the pillar are completed by a three-way valve.

　　（9） Seals and accessories

　　Seals and accessories are also essential and very important parts of this hydraulic support column. Each part must be carefully inspected according to quality standards, and unqualified parts must not be installed or used.
