Common fault analysis of hydraulic strapping machine:

The direction of rotation of the motor is reversed. Check the direction of rotation of the motor;
3. The voltage of the motor is too low to operate normally under the existing load. Check the voltage;
4. Check if there is any hose leakage or blockage in the hydraulic pipeline;
5. Check the pump coupling to ensure that the keyway cannot leave the pump shaft;
6. Check if the hydraulic oil in the tank is sufficient (the liquid level should be at least 1/2 of the tank volume);
7. The suction filter or top vent cap of the fuel tank may be clogged;
8. Check whether the suction pipeline device is loose, whether there are capillary cracks at the suction port of the pump, and whether the suction pipeline should always have oil and no bubbles;
