　　1. Correct suspension method: Before plowing, the LF-435 hydraulic bidirectional flipping plow is a three-point suspension, with a two-point lower lifting arm installed behind the two lower pull ears of the plow, and then hung on the central pull rod. It is important to adjust the center of the plow to the center of the tractor. The method is to adjust the two lifting arms to be symmetrical and equal in size to the inside of the tractor tires, and then tighten the zipper nuts on both sides to prevent uneven ridge formation when plowing.

　　2. Adjust the central pull rod. Before adjusting, plow the tractor once from the edge of the ground. When returning, adjust it after the tractor tires have gone through the plow ditch. If the front plowshare is deep and the rear plowshare is shallow, loosen the central pull rod to make the plow frame plow deeper with the rear plowshare and shallower with the front plowshare. On the contrary, tighten the central pull rod to keep the plow frame parallel to the front and back.

　　3. Adjustment of plowing depth: The rated plowing depth of LF-435 hydraulic bidirectional flipping plow is 20~30cm. When measuring, clean the bottom of the ditch, use a straight wooden strip parallel to the uncultivated ground, and then measure vertically with a ruler. If the plowing is shallow, adjust the limit wheel fixing plate limit support bolt, shorten the bolt, tilt the limit wheel backwards, lower the plow frame, and achieve the purpose of increasing depth.

If it is not parallel, adjust the parallelism of the plow frame by tightening or loosening the adjustment bolts. It should be noted that after adjusting one side, the other side should also be adjusted using the same method to achieve consistent plowing depth from left to right. It is normal for the plow frame to be non parallel and have a certain slope when not plowed. The adjustment of plowshare difficulty in entering the soil first checks whether the connection point between the tractor and plow is too high. If it is too high, it must be lowered to the appropriate depth for plowing into the soil, and then the length of the central pull rod should be appropriately shortened to increase the angle of plowing into the soil.

In addition, if the thickness of the plowshare blade exceeds 3mm, it needs to be forged or ground, otherwise it is not easy to get stuck. When adjusting the tractor for easy deviation during plowing, first adjust the plow attachment to make the three-point suspension at the center of the tractor, and ensure that the two lifting arms are the same size as the inside of the tractor tires. Adjust the spacing between each plow column on the plow frame again to achieve the required uniform size. The distance between two adjacent plow columns of the 435 type is 7cm. In addition, the size of the inner side of the rear tire of the tractor can be checked to ensure consistency with the size of the inner side of the front tire.
