160-45 Power Plant Cooling Tower Water Collector Production
160-45 high-efficiency and low resistance reinforced arc cooling tower water collector. The water collector sheet is extruded with FRP or PVC materials. Imported carbon black is added to the sheet of the water collector as an additive, greatly improving the anti ultraviolet and anti-aging properties of the sheet. This water collector has the advantages of high water collection efficiency, low airflow resistance, high strength, no deformation, easy installation and maintenance, long service life, and good flame retardancy. The test of the 160-45 reinforced arc-shaped cooling tower water collector shows that the water collection efficiency of the collector, calculated based on the circulating water volume, can achieve a floating water loss of less than 0.001%, which is only one tenth of the national standard allowable value, reaching the advanced level of similar foreign products. At a wind speed of 2.8m/s, the ventilation resistance loss is approximately 0.8mmH2O, which is lower than that of foreign products. Due to its extrusion molding process and a thickness of 0.6mm, it has high strength, good overall rigidity, and long service life.
