　　The honeycomb type Yimei high water collector of the cooling tower is made of modified PVC material and extruded at high temperature.

　　Suitable for cooling towers with high water temperatures, carbon black and other modifiers are added to the sheet of the honeycomb type Yimei high water collector in the cooling tower. The sheet is resistant to ultraviolet radiation, aging, and has mechanical properties. It has the characteristics of high water collection efficiency, no deformation, easy installation and maintenance, good flame retardancy, and long service life.

　　Performance testing: The honeycomb water collector of the cooling tower and the honeycomb Yimei high water collector have a water collection efficiency of less than 0.001% based on the circulating water volume. Under the condition of a wind speed of 2.8m/s, the ventilation resistance is small, and the ventilation resistance loss is about 0.8mmH2O. And it has good usage strength and overall rigidity. Under normal usage conditions, the service life is ≥ 7 years.

　　With the support of the research and design departments under the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Ministry of Metallurgy, and Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, our company has developed a water collector made of polyester fiberglass and modified polymer for users to choose from. Four types of water collectors, namely Wave 160-45, Wave 170-50, HC-130-50, and HU-50/270, were simulated and tested in industrial towers by units such as the Cooling Tower Research Institute of the Water Science Academy, Henan Electric Power Design Institute, North China Electric Power Science Research Institute, Northwest Electric Power Design Institute, and Xi'an Thermal Power Research Institute. The test results showed that all four types of water collectors have high water collection efficiency and low ventilation resistance.

　　At present, the honeycomb type Yimei high water collector for cooling towers has been widely used in mechanical ventilation and natural ventilation cooling towers in industrial sectors such as thermal power plants, steel plants, and petrochemical plants in China. Practice has proved that the collector has good blade design, significant effect, good quality, easy installation, and long service life.
