The dehazing water collecting plate used in wet dust removal equipment can remove water droplets carried in the exhaust airflow of the wet dust removal equipment, filter out residual water droplets from the steam, and control the floating rate to 0.001% of the circulating water volume. Due to its low flow rate, it can save on water and chemical treatment costs. The mist collection plate for wet dust removal equipment is made of corrosion-resistant PP material through high-temperature injection molding, and is installed in groups inside the unit for easy disassembly and maintenance of internal water distribution systems and other components. It can resist ultraviolet rays to avoid cracking and attenuation caused by sunlight exposure. The structure is designed in a honeycomb pattern, and the dehydrator is installed one by one, making maintenance operations simple. The structure has a high degree of aggregation, with a concave shape at the top of the box section, which resists ultraviolet radiation and has a long lifespan.

Wet desulfurization also contains dissolved sulfuric acid, sulfates, sulfur dioxide, and other substances. Any "fog" entering the chimney actually releases sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere, while also causing contamination and severe corrosion of fans, heat exchangers, and flues. Therefore, the wet desulfurization process requires defogging of the absorption equipment, and the purified gas must be defogged before leaving the absorption tower. The defogger is a key equipment in the FGD system, and its performance directly affects whether the wet FGD system can operate continuously and reliably. The malfunction of the defogger not only causes the shutdown of the desulfurization system, but may even lead to the shutdown of the entire unit (system).
