　　Industrial principles:

　　The operator places the pre customized packaging bag in the bag placement area of the fully automatic packaging machine, and the system outputs a signal. The dual arm bag loading robot automatically picks up the bag, supports the bag, and fills it with material through the packaging scale. The filled packaging bag is placed at the discharge port and is held by the bag holding and clamping device on the transfer cart. The bag mouth is clamped and sent to the import device, which is connected to the import and sealing system After entering the sealing transmission chain, the bag mouth is ensured to be in a straight line, output, and then pushed down and transported by the bag pouring device. The shaping machine pushes it flat to make it suitable for stacking, and then passes through the metal detection machine and weight re inspection machine for exclusion and screening. The products that do not meet the specifications are pushed out of the production line. The remaining products are stacked by the stacking robot at the end of the packaging line according to the set program, and then the pallet is forked by the forklift (AGV car). The entire packaging and stacking process is completed by the fully automatic packaging machine without manual operation, reducing the amount of manual operation and fast efficiency.
