　　Process flow of material stacking and unpacking machine:

　　The bagged powder materials are transported to the chain plate conveyor by forklift, and the chain plate conveyor transports the stacked materials to the stacking flipping mechanism. The stacking flipping mechanism flips and sorts the stacked materials, and then transports them to the sliding plate part on the upper part of the cutting blade. The material bags slide down along the sliding plate by gravity, and during the sliding process, the packaging bags are cut open by the rapidly rotating blades. The cut residual bags and materials slide into the drum screen for screening. The material falling from the drum screen is output by the screw conveyor, and the damaged packaging bags are carried out of the machine by the drum screen. The dust generated during the unpacking process of the cutting knife is captured by a bag filter and shaken into the screw conveyor. After unpacking, the stacking tray is collected and stacked by a tray collector.
