The frame of the series container transport semi-trailer is all shot blasted, and the entire frame is assembled and welded on a dedicated positioning platform, with a reasonable structure, high strength, and beautiful appearance. A container compression device is installed on the frame, which can load two standard containers of 40 feet and 20 feet. The four container tightening devices at the front and rear are fixed structures, while the middle container tightening device is a concealed structure. The skeleton type car driver is welded from longitudinal beams, transverse beams, and front and rear end beams. The longitudinal beams are made of high-quality steel plate 16Mn submerged arc welded into an I-shape (with main dimensions of 450 and 500), the transverse beams are made of high-quality steel plate stamped into a groove shape, and the front and rear end beams are welded rectangular sections. The middle container locking device is equipped with an integral long crossbeam to improve the load-bearing capacity of the container locking device. The weight of the container skeleton truck is about 5.1 tons, using high-strength plates and special welding technology.
