Lightweight powder material tanker, fly ash transport tanker, bulk cement tanker
Powder material transport semi-trailer is a specialized vehicle for transporting large quantities of dust materials (bulk cement), generally suitable for areas where weight based charging is strictly implemented in accordance with national regulations, with a volume generally between 35-45 cubic meters. Suitable for the transportation and air pressure unloading of dry materials such as fly ash, cement, lime powder, and ore powder with particle diameters not exceeding 0.1mm. When the vertical height of the unloading reaches 15m, the horizontal conveying distance can also reach 5m. The semi-trailer powder material transport vehicle uses its own engine power to drive the on-board air compressor through the power take-off, and sends compressed air through the pipeline into the air chamber at the bottom of the sealed tank, so that the cement on the fluidized bed is suspended in a fluid state. When the pressure inside the tank reaches the rated value, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, and the fluidized cement flows through the pipeline for transportation. Made with advanced domestic technology, the design is innovative, sturdy and durable. The airbag type has a large load-bearing capacity, fast unloading speed, and small residual amount. The integrated tank has the characteristics of high overall strength, good rigidity, good pressure resistance, and good performance. The fluidized bed inside the tank is designed scientifically and arranged reasonably, which can effectively shorten the unloading time to 1.4T/min, improve the capacity utilization of the tank, and reduce the residual ash rate, which is 0.2%. The tank body of the powder material transport vehicle adopts a double cone inward tilting horizontal structure, with double tube intake and double tube feeding. Its discharge speed and residual rate meet the industry standard requirements. 1. Frame and Traction Pin: The frame is a space frame type low-alloy steel welded structure, which is welded from two T-shaped longitudinal beams and crossbeams to support the load. There are traction pins and traction pin plates connected to the tractor under the front of the frame, with a specification of 90. The traction pin is assembled for easy replacement. There are air brake connectors and wire connection sockets installed on the front crossbeam of the frame. The frame is equipped with lighting or signal devices on the front, back, and sides.
