Due to the fact that low flatbed semi trailers are mainly used for the transportation of heavy construction machinery such as excavators and loaders, the main beam is the weak point of low flatbed semi trailers, and the occurrence of beam breakage is not uncommon. This requires the low flatbed semi-trailer not only to have strong vehicle carrying capacity, but also to ensure safe loading and unloading. The main beam adopts a splicing structure technology, with crescent shaped reinforcement plates added on the inner side and reinforcing plates and bars added under the main beam to effectively cope with stress concentration and improve the overall bearing capacity of the main beam.
