Mainly used for cement plants, cement warehouses, and large construction sites, it can save a lot of packaging materials and loading and unloading labor.



The semi-trailer powder material transport vehicle uses its own engine power to drive the on-board air compressor through a power take-off. Compressed air is sent through a pipeline into the air chamber at the bottom of the sealed tank, causing the cement on the fluidized bed to suspend in a fluidized state. When the pressure inside the tank reaches the rated value, the discharge butterfly valve is opened, and the fluidized cement flows through the pipeline for transportation. The fluidized bed design inside the semi-trailer tank for powder and granular materials is scientific and reasonably arranged, which can effectively shorten the unloading time, reaching 1.4T/min, improve the volume utilization rate of the tank, and reduce the residual ash rate, which is 0.2%. The bulk cement tanker tank is welded with steel or aluminum plates, or can be made of fiberglass. The upper part of the tank has one or more ash filling ports along the length of the tank, making it easy to fill the entire tank. The ash loading port can also serve as an entrance and exit for maintenance personnel. The bottom of the tank is equipped with a cement fluidization device. The car is equipped with an air compressor for unloading ash. When unloading ash, compressed air is sent into the tank from the bottom, and is divided into fine streams through the permeable layer of the cement fluidization device, evenly filling the cement to form an air cement mixture. Under the pressure difference inside and outside the container, the cement is discharged along the discharge pipe. The pneumatic ash unloading method has the advantages of fast ash unloading, less dust flying, and can be discharged to any height and distance with a flexible long discharge pipe. It can also be used for outdoor operations in windy and rainy days.
