When using the rolling shutter door, open the cover of the electric control box and turn on the power. The power indicator light will be on, and the door can be used normally. Switch the automatic mode to manual mode and press the UP up button on the electric control box to raise the door. During the process of raising the door, it must not pass through. The door must be fully raised before it can pass through; After the person or object has passed, press the descent button to lower the door.
Encoder limit setting:

1. Turn on the power inside the electrical control box, automatically switch to manual mode outside the control box, and turn off the emergency.

2. Connect G and X4 with a wire, press MENU, the frequency converter outputs a 31.00, press button O to flash again, turn the middle disk, turn 31.00 to 31.05, then press the middle disk, the frequency converter outputs a 0, turn to 2.

3. Press the middle disk again, and the frequency converter will output a 31.06. Press the middle disk, and the frequency converter will output a 0, then turn it to 1 (note: if the motor is installed on the left, 31.06=0; if the motor is installed on the right, turn 0 to 1)

4. Press the middle disk again, the frequency converter outputs a 31.07, and then press OFF to reset.

5. Release the emergency button, hold down the UP button without letting go, close the door to the appropriate position and then release it. Close the emergency button, press the UP button for 5 seconds, then release it and set it in place.

6. Then release the emergency, press the down button, lower the door to the appropriate position, release it, close the emergency, press the down button for 5 seconds, release it, release the emergency, the frequency converter outputs a 0.0, and then remove the connection wires between G and X4, and position them all.

Setting the ascending and descending speed HZ:

Rising speed debugging: Press MENU, the frequency converter outputs 31.00, the button O flashes, turn 31.00 to 31.12, press the middle disk, the frequency converter outputs 50, clockwise rotation of the disk door increases the rising speed, counterclockwise rotation of the disk slows down the rising speed, then press the middle disk, the frequency converter outputs 31.13, press OFF to reset.

Downward speed debugging: Press MENU, the frequency converter outputs 31.00, the button O is flashing, turn 31.00 to 31.16,

Press the middle disk, and the frequency converter will output 35. Turning the disk clockwise will result in a faster descent speed for the door, while turning it counterclockwise will slow down the descent speed. Then press the middle disk, and the frequency converter will output 31.17. Press OFF to reset. (Note: The rising speed should not exceed 60HZ, and the falling speed should not exceed 45HZ.)
