　　The bacterial filtration efficiency detector is a high-performance intelligent bacterial filtration efficiency detector developed strictly in accordance with the requirements of Appendix B of YY/T0969-2013 and YY0469-2011 "Medical Surgical Masks" for bacterial filtration efficiency experimental methods. It also meets the requirements of ASTM F2100, ASTM F2101, and EN14683. The design system based on negative pressure biosafety cabinet working environment is adopted, which is safe and convenient to use, and the quality is controllable. The method of simultaneous comparison sampling with dual gas paths has high sampling and detection efficiency. Adopting a touchable color industrial resistive screen, it can be easily operated in various situations. Applicable to performance testing of mask bacterial filtration efficiency by inspection and quarantine units, metrological verification departments, research institutes, mask production, and related departments.

　　The testing principle of the bacterial filtration efficiency tester is to simulate the actual use state of the mask sample and install it on the head mold rack. The mask passes over the igniter with a constant flame height at a certain linear velocity along with the head mold, observes the combustion of the mask, records the duration of continuous combustion and smoldering, and evaluates whether the mask is qualified.

　　The box type observation window of the bacterial filtration efficiency detector is designed with a safe operating port for easy operation and observation of the testing process. The head mold is made of metal material, which can withstand high temperatures, automatically ignite, and has a long service life.

　　The mask filtration efficiency testing device is used to test the protective effect and filtration efficiency of daily protective masks and respirators against particulate matter.
