3. Regarding payment methods for LED large screens
Mingsheng Optoelectronics is a professional manufacturer of LED display screens, not an intermediary engineer or trading company. The price is basically a cost wholesale price, and the profit is meager, so we do not accept monthly settlement. The specific payment method for purchasing a display screen is: after signing the contract, pay a 30% deposit for production. After production is completed, customers can come to the manufacturer to inspect the goods, confirm satisfaction, and pay the remaining amount on site (or send the goods to the logistics yard at the installation site for payment). Major mega projects or partial bidding LED display projects can be discussed based on specific circumstances.
4. Regarding the packaging and transportation of electronic display screens
After the production and aging testing of Mingsheng Group's LED display screens are completed, they will be uniformly packaged by the packaging department. Our electronic screens are protected with four layers of plastic wrap, cardboard boxes, pearl cotton, and wooden frames to fully ensure the safety of the color screens during transportation.Mingsheng Optoelectronics promises that if any damage occurs to the display screen during transportation, the company will take full responsibility and replace it with a new batch of products free of charge.Our default logistics is Debon Logistics. 5. Regarding the installation and debugging of LED display screens
LED electronic display screen is not a simple project, and its completion does not mean it can be used immediately. The installation of a display screen is a process of putting it into use and testing its effectiveness. Considering that most display screen customers do not have relevant technology and experience, Mingsheng Optoelectronics provides technicians for on-site service. For non full package engineering projects, our company will dispatch a technical backbone (2-3 for large-scale display screen projects) to provide on-site guidance for installation and commissioning, without charging technical fees, but the customer needs to provide accommodation and meals.
6. Regarding the after-sales service of full-color display screens
Mingsheng Group's full-color LED display has a nationwide free on-site warranty of 3 years and lifetime maintenance. If there is any problem with the display screen within 3 years, customers can first call the after-sales customer service and send pictures of the problematic display screen to the staff email for confirmation. Then, our technical department will organize personnel to analyze. If blind spots, dead lights, blurred screens, or inability to play occur during normal operation, our company will dispatch technicians to come and repair.
