Ultra high temperature sterilizer is suitable for instantaneous sterilization of liquid materials such as fresh milk, fruit juice, tea drinks, liquid milk, ice cream, soy sauce, soybean milk, condensed milk, alcohol, etc. It can also be used for sterilization of fluid materials. This equipment can be controlled. The sterilization temperature, flow and other parameters of the product are simple to operate.
Function of ultra-high temperature sterilization machine equipment: It has the ability to determine/update the original formula for ultra-high temperature sterilization of tea beverages, liquid milk, fruit juice and their dairy products for small-scale testing, identify flavors, evaluate colors, apply stabilizers/emulsifiers, conduct shelf life experiments, and produce samples for customers as gifts.

Generally, materials are preheated by being pumped into the hot and cold material heat exchange device of the sterilization machine by a centrifugal pump, and then quickly heated to the sterilization temperature through a high-temperature bucket filled with high pressure, and maintained for about 3 seconds before and after this. Microorganisms and enzymes in the material are quickly killed. After the material is discharged from the high-temperature barrel, it is cooled by heat exchange with the cold material, usually at a temperature below 65 ℃.
