1、 Product Introduction
The vinegar production line equipment mainly includes: saccharification tank, alcohol fermentation tank, plate and frame filter press, acetic acid fermentation tank, vinegar filter machine, vinegar sterilization machine, PLC central control panel, water treatment equipment, and filling and sealing machine.
3、 Product process flow
Solid state fermentation method: raw materials and powder → steaming and boiling → removal from the pot and cooling → inoculation → pool fermentation → leaching and extraction → preparation and analysis → sterilization, precipitation, storage → filling → finished product
Liquid state fermentation method: raw material powder → soaking → temperature rise gelatinization (enzyme addition) → insulation melting → yeast and alcohol fermentation → filtration → addition of acetic acid bacteria, acetic acid fermentation → preparation and testing → sterilization and storage → filling → finished product
4、 After sales service
1. All products sold by our company comply with food hygiene requirements, industry and enterprise standards, and are made of food grade SU304316L or special materials in contact with materials. Production and sales are strictly carried out in accordance with contract requirements.
