      Production process of tea beverage production line: tea beverage refers to the product made of tea soup through tea extraction, filtration, clarification and other processes, and then added with water, syrup, sour agent, edible essence, fruit juice or plant (grain) extract and other ingredients for sterilization; It has the unique flavor of tea, contains natural tea polyphenols and other effective tea ingredients, and is also nutritious, making it a multifunctional beverage for cooling and quenching thirst.

      Introduction to the Process Operation of Plastic Bottle Tea Beverage Production Line:

      1. Tea extraction: Tea extraction is at the core of the tea beverage production line, and the main substance contained in the tea extract is the tea extract. The extraction process determines the amount of extract in the entire process, and the main factors affecting extraction are the material to liquid ratio, temperature, and time. We usually use a suspended basket type leaching tank, which facilitates the entry and exit of materials and can promptly remove material waste, reducing the pressure of the equipment through a dual filtration device.

      2. Tea beverage blending: Before blending, the ingredients of tea beverages need to go through a sugar dissolving system. After melting, they are filtered to remove large particles and impurities from the ingredients. A dual filter with a pore size of 200 mesh can be used for impurity removal. At the same time, tea beverages are different from dairy and fruit juice beverages, and do not require homogenization by a high-pressure homogenizer in the subsequent process, which shortens the process and optimizes the technology.

      The blending process is as follows:

      (1) The process flow of blending: high-speed mixer operation → blending → mixing → inspection → feeding

      (2) Equipment required for blending process: high-speed mixing drum, blending tank, electronic scale.

      (3) Determine the high and low physical and chemical indicators of the blending solution, and then make fine adjustments according to the standards.

      3. Filtering: Use a filter to filter the additive, green tea extract solution, and green tea mixed solution separately, using a multi-stage filtration mode, usually first through coarse filtration and then through fine filtration. The particle size of the material passing through the equipment will be ≤ 1um.

      4. Sterilization: UHT sterilization is carried out before filling to kill microorganisms that may have multiplied during the initial processing, in order to prevent the production of pathogenic bacteria and microorganisms. Sterilization precautions: ① Sterilization parameter settings, including sterilization temperature, filling temperature, sterilization flow rate, sterilization time, etc., shall be strictly implemented in accordance with the research and development standards of tea beverages.

      5. Tea beverage filling: The tea beverage filling machine is an automated equipment that integrates bottle washing, filling, and capping. The micro negative pressure vacuum filling method is adopted to ensure the accuracy of the filling liquid level. The capping machine adopts constant torque capping.

      6. Water treatment equipment: The water required for tea beverage preparation needs to be purified and sterilized to meet the standard of pure water before it can be used for tea beverage preparation.
