      Select fully ripe, fresh, flavorful, juicy, and disease-free peach fruits, remove any pests, diseases, or rotten parts of the fruit, and ripen the unripe peach fruits after ripening.

      Raw material pretreatment

      1. Cleaning. After selecting the raw materials, rinse them with clean water to remove hair. After washing, rinse them in a 1% solution or detergent solution to remove residual pesticides. Rinse them in clean water and drain them.

      2. Cut open and remove the nucleus. Use a cutting and excavating machine.

      3. Soak for color protection. Soak the raw materials after cutting and excavating in a mixed solution of 0.1% ascorbic acid and citric acid for color protection.

      Heating and pulping

      Homogenization

      Homogenization is to divide the suspended fruit pulp particles of chestnut juice into smaller particles and evenly disperse them in the chestnut juice, increasing the stability of the chestnut juice and preventing stratification. Generally, a homogenizer with a capacity of 130-160 kilograms per square centimeter is used in production.

      Sealed cooling
