KPDS three-phase AC low-voltage track flatbed using electric turntable for track changing video
The KPDS product reduces the AC 380V power supply to three-phase AC 36V through a transformer, and connects it to three tracks (adding one conductive track). The conductive slider of the wheels on the track flat car introduces the AC 36V power supply from the three tracks into the on-board electrical box. The three-phase AC 36V is stepped up to three-phase AC 380V through a step-up transformer, and then the AC metallurgical motor is controlled by the AC control system to start, stop, move forward, and reverse the flat car. It can be used in S-shaped tracks, curved tracks, and high-temperature environments. A hydraulic lifting system and a hoisting system can be installed on the flat car, which has safety and maneuverability. It requires high requirements for track laying (requiring insulation treatment of the track) and is suitable for use in situations with large load capacity and medium to long distance transportation.
