Working Principle:
When the KPJ series flatcar is running, the cable reel automatically rolls up or releases the cable, and the running distance is generally less than 200m due to the influence of the power supply length of the reel.
The cable reel is used to power the track flat car. One end of the cable is connected to the power supply, and the other end is connected to the winding device on the flat car to supply power to the trolley. When the flat car runs back and forth, the cable reel will automatically roll up and release the cable.
The KPJ series electric flatbed is equipped with magnetic coupling or spring type cable reels according to the running distance. One end of the cable is connected to a 380V power supply and introduced into the electrical control box through a winding device to control the AC motor to provide power to the trolley and make the flatbed run.
The KPJ series electric flatbed is powered by a cable reel, which is placed at the bottom of the trolley. The 380V AC power supply is input into the electrical control box through the cable on the cable reel, and the electrical box controls the normal forward, backward, and stop of the coiled electric flatbed.
