Working Principle:
The KPJ series electric flatbed is equipped with a drum at the bottom that can freely retract and release cables. The 380V power supply is directly introduced into the electrical control system through the cable to provide power to the motor, thereby controlling the start, stop, forward, backward, etc. of the flatbed.
This series of electric flatcars are cable reel type. A magnetic coupling cable reel is installed on the electric flatbed, with one end of the cable connected to the ground power supply and the other end connected to the reel on the flatbed. When the flatbed runs back and forth, the reel automatically rolls up and releases the cable.
When the KPJ series flatcar is running, the cable reel automatically rolls up or releases the cable, and the running distance is generally less than 200m due to the influence of the power supply length of the reel.
