【 Working Principle 】
The KPJ series electric flatbed is powered by a cable reel, which is placed at the bottom of the trolley. The 380V AC power supply is input into the electrical control box through the cable on the cable reel, and the electrical box controls the normal forward, backward, and stop of the coiled electric flatbed.
Advantages
1. The cable reel series track flat car has a simple mechanism, low cost, and no working time limit. It is suitable for high-frequency applications, but the operating distance cannot exceed 200 meters and is not suitable for applications with intersecting tracks.
2. KPJ cable reel power supply track flatcar needs to add a cable guide to assist when the running distance exceeds 50 meters. For a distance of ≤ 200 meters, grooves can be opened between the tracks to place the cables for the safety of the cables. Suitable for any tonnage and any working condition without track crossing.
