The welding of the flatbed trailer frame adopts groove welding, which should be firm and reliable, without defects such as pores and cracks, and the welding slag and splashes should be removed; The straightness within a range of 1 meter in any direction of the tabletop is 4mm; the deformation of the frame under 1.1 times the rated load does not exceed one thousandth of the wheelbase; The difference between the diagonal lines of the two axle seats on the frame is less than 3mm.

The deviation of the distance between the inner side of the wheelset is ± 2mm, and the difference in distance between the corresponding points along the inner circumference of the wheelset is not more than 0.5mm. The difference in diameter between the two wheels on the same wheelset is not more than 0.5mm. The tread hardness is 5t~25t, 79HBW~217HBW, 270HBW~300HBW for 30t and above, and the quenching depth is not less than 4mm for 30t and above. The hardness at this point is not less than 240HBW.

　　4. The noise of the gearbox during idle operation shall not exceed 85dB (A), and the temperature rise of the lubricating oil shall not exceed 40 ℃.

The maximum deviation of the wheelbase of the flatbed trailer is ± 2mm; the parallelism tolerance of the two wheels to the axis is 2mm; the gap between the passive wheel and the reference track surface is not more than 2mm; the height deviation of the platform is 5t~25t ± 6mm, and above 30t ± 8mm.

　　7. Run smoothly at rated voltage; The operating noise should not exceed 80dB (A) from 5t to 50t, and 85dB (A) from 63t to 300t.
