　　Regarding after-sales service

　　In case of technical and quality issues during the use of heavy-duty rail flatcars, a response shall be made within 2 hours upon receiving notification from the user, and personnel shall be dispatched to the site within 48 hours to serve Party A. In the process of handling, if any parts are replaced, the quality assurance period of the parts shall be extended from the date of replacement, and Party B shall bear all the costs of replacing the parts. When major components are replaced or repaired, Party B shall correspondingly extend the quality assurance period of the entire equipment.
