      Working Principle:

      The power supply method for the KPC side sliding contact line electric flat car is to set up a trench on the side of the track, install a safety sliding contact line in the trench, and lay a single-sided hinged cover plate on the trench. When the electric flat car is in operation, the cover plate is lifted by installing a flipping device in the trench. There is a cable connected to the safety sliding contact wire collector in the flipping device, and the electric flat car is automatically placed back on the ground through the rear cover plate.

      The KPC side sliding contact line electric flat car is a sliding contact line powered electric flat car, with 380V power supplied to the metallurgical special motor on the flat car. The motor drives the flat car to run smoothly through a reducer.

      The KPC series track flatbed adopts AC motor to drive the operation of the flatbed. The 380V AC power supply provides power to the motor through the sliding block of the safety sliding contact line, thereby realizing the start, stop, forward and backward of the flatbed.

      The KPC series track flat cars use sliding contact wires for power supply. The sliding contact wires are usually installed between two tracks or on one side. The sliding contact wire slider takes 380V AC power from the sliding contact wire and provides the motor through the electrical control cabinet system to achieve the forward, backward, start, stop and other operations of the car.
