Working Principle:
The KPD series flatcar reduces the AC 380V power supply to two phases of AC 36V through a transformer, which are respectively connected to two guide rails. The wheels on the track flatcar introduce the AC 36V power supply from the guide rails into the onboard electrical box, which rectifies the AC 36V to DC 36V through a rectifier module. Then, the DC motor is controlled by a DC control system to start, stop, move forward, move backward, and adjust speed of the flatcar.
The KPD series flatcar uses a ground control voltage reduction system to reduce the 380V power supply voltage to a safe voltage of 36V. Feed power to the conductive rail (which also serves as the running track of the flatbed), and send low-voltage electricity to the rectifier system on the flatbed through its conductive device. Drive the motor to drive the flatbed to operate.
The drive system of KPDZ series flatcars consists of a DC motor, a reducer, and wheels. The current of the DC motor is introduced from the track, which carries 36V two-phase AC power. The current on the track is obtained by reducing the voltage of 380V AC power through a step-down transformer. This series of flatcars requires a set of power supply devices to take power from the track. After being introduced into the electrical box, the flatcar's forward, backward, and stop are controlled by the electrical control system.
