　　Taking the 100t electric traction rail car as an example, in order to ensure high starting torque and strong overload capacity, the traction motor is selected as a series excited DC motor DC 75V10kw, and the configured power supply is a traction battery (VCDH580, 2V, a total of 40 pieces), placed at the bottom of the electric flat car and properly protected. The Cortez DC speed controller produced by General Motors is used to regulate the speed of battery powered electric flatcars, and is equipped with overvoltage and undervoltage protection to prevent low voltage.
