color steel coil
The commonly used coatings for color coated steel plates are polyester (PE), followed by silicon modified resin (P), high weather resistant polyester (HDP), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), etc. The coating structure is divided into two coatings and one baking and two coatings and two baking. The coating thickness is generally 20-25u on the surface and 8-10u on the back, and should not be lower than 20u on the surface and 10u on the back for external use of buildings. Color coated steel plates are usually referenced from ASTM A527 (galvanized) and ASTM AT92 (aluminum zinc plated) in the United States, JIS G3302, European EN/0142, KS D3506, Baosteel Q/BQB420.
