　　1、 Choose a location

　　Select an open area at the real estate opening event site, about half the size of a basketball court, with no high-voltage power lines or obstacles above, as a display and experience landing point for helicopters (after confirmation, the company will send personnel to the site for inspection and confirmation). If the venue is limited, you can choose to land in an open area nearby and then push the aircraft to the display point. You can also choose one or two backup takeoff and landing points.

　　2、 Airplane arrival method and activity process arrangement

　　a、 The helicopter arrived at the event site by flight.

　　b、 If a helicopter is needed for display, it can be transported to the event site by truck. However, due to the high cost of flying, it can only be transported by truck.

　　1. Static display

　　Company staff can park the aircraft at the event location for static display. The display location can be partially decorated or arranged for display by the developer to enhance the visibility of the aircraft and elevate the level of the property. (If necessary, we can provide multiple sets of flight attendant costumes and scene decoration arrangements)

　　2. Customer flying experience, aerial view of buildings

　　There are a total of 4 seats on the helicopter, and besides one pilot, it can carry 3 customers to fly and view the building at a time. Helicopters can fly around the property and surrounding scenic areas, allowing customers to observe and understand the real situation of the entire property and its surrounding environment in a * * way from the air. In case of very important customers, the developer can arrange for tour guides to fly on the plane to explain the property and surrounding scenery, transportation and geographical location, etc.

　　3、 Flight route and schedule

　　The specific flight route will be determined by the company in consultation with the developer, and then confirmed by the company's flight captain and maintenance personnel after on-site inspection. The schedule for each flight is also determined through consultation between the company and the developer. It is recommended to control the flight time of each group within 5-10 minutes.

　　4、 Plan submission and approval

　　Due to the need for approval from multiple relevant departments for aircraft flight, which takes about 6 to 8 days, if the opening celebration time is determined, the plan should be reported to the company as soon as possible, usually 8 to 10 days in advance.

　　Helicopters are greatly affected by weather conditions, such as heavy fog, strong winds, heavy rain, or air traffic control. In order to ensure the safety of personnel and property, the flight date can be postponed after agreement, and the company can apply to relevant departments for an extension of the approval date.

　　5、 Cost settlement

　　On the day of signing the contract, 70% of the total fee will be charged, and the remaining 30% of the total fee will be charged when the aircraft arrives at the venue on the day of display or flight.

　　Six other matters:

　　a) The total guaranteed minimum for effective flight time and aircraft adjustment time is 1 hour. If it is less than 1 hour, it will be counted as 1 hour. If it exceeds 1 hour, it will be counted as exceeding time;

　　b) The number of passengers refers to those who board without any additional equipment or with the cabin doors tightly closed;

　　c) During the project, the expenses incurred for the accommodation, meals, and transportation of our crew members will be borne by the client;

　　d) The security personnel at the temporary take-off and landing site of the helicopter in the wilderness shall be borne by the customer;

　　e) The helicopter already includes all risk insurance for the aircraft, seat insurance, and third-party insurance;

　　f) Calculation of flight time: Flight timing refers to the moment from the start of helicopter rotor rotation to the moment when the rotor stops rotating after landing.
