Description :
The suspension pulley for coal mine shafts is a specialized equipment used to provide support and guidance for the steel wire rope of the shaft winch during the construction of coal mine shafts. According to the performance of the drilling winch, suspended pulleys are divided into two types: double slot suspended pulleys and single slot suspended pulleys.
Product Structure of Drilling Shaft Suspension Wheel
1) The structure of double slot suspension pulley and single slot suspension pulley mainly consists of rope pulley, fixed shaft, and bearing seat.
2) Both types of suspended pulleys are supported by fixed shafts and integral bearing seats. The bearing seats and rope pulleys are made of HT200 ordinary cast iron, and the fixed shafts are made of 45 carbon steel and machined through quenching and tempering treatment.
3) The double slot suspension pulley adopts an adjustable type of rope pulley and bearing seat, which can be selected according to the actual situation during use, and can also be combined and designed separately according to the situation.
The purpose of drilling well suspension pulley product
Single slot suspension pulleys are mainly used for suspending hanging discs and stabilizing ropes, while double slot suspension pulleys are mostly used for suspending pipelines, air ducts, and stabilizing ropes used in construction. There are seven specifications for single slot suspension wheels and ten specifications for double slot suspension wheels, of which four are used for suspension pipelines and four are used for suspension air ducts. There are two types of stabilizing ropes to choose from for single slot suspension pulley and double slot suspension pulley.
