      The MFBL4.5/450 explosion-proof door is used at the mouth of the vertical air shaft. When the fan stops running, the explosion-proof door can automatically rise. When a disaster occurs in the mine, the explosion-proof door can automatically open, release energy, and protect the main fan from damage. Explosion proof doors are selected based on the diameter of the wellbore and are suitable for negative pressure of the fan. There are two types: not exceeding 3432pa and 4413pa.

      The MFBL4.5/450 vertical air shaft explosion-proof door is composed of explosion-proof cover, return air device, heavy hammer device and other components.

      1. The explosion-proof cover adopts a conical structure and is connected in four parts, each of which is formed by welding steel plates and angle steels together;

      2. The return air device is a pressure plate type;

      3. The heavy hammer device consists of a heavy hammer frame, pulleys, and counterweights;

      4. The sealing method adopts steel plate welding outer ring plate fixed with δ 15 rubber plate for sealing.
