      The single hydraulic prop is applicable to the inclined coal seam mining face with the dip angle of the coal seam less than 25 ° -35 °. The applicable conditions of the roof and floor of the coal seam are: the backwardness of the roof does not affect the recovery of the prop, the floor should not be too soft, and the depth of the prop pressed into the floor does not deteriorate the integrity of the floor, otherwise the base should be enlarged. When used in blasting mining faces with relatively soft coal quality, protective measures should be taken on the surface of the active column coating to prevent collapse.       DN injection type single hydraulic prop

      Single hydraulic supports are generally divided into external injection single hydraulic supports, internal injection single hydraulic supports, suspended single hydraulic supports, and friction supports. The internal injection type single hydraulic prop is equipped with its own pump and can be quickly raised by shaking with a hand crank during installation. When lowering the prop, the working fluid is not discharged, which can better protect the working environment. It is also convenient to use, flexible to manage, and simple to equip. At present, there are mainly 12 specifications of internal injection type single hydraulic supports with a diameter of 90mm cylinder, ranging from 0.6-3.15m.

      Fiberglass single hydraulic support column

      Process of using fiberglass hydraulic prop:

      (1) During the process of lifting and initial support of the fiberglass single hydraulic support column, insert the injection gun in the pipeline system into the oil injection valve body of the three-way valve, hang the locking sleeve, operate the injection gun, and the high-pressure liquid from the pump station opens the spherical one-way valve in the three-way valve through the injection gun, entering the column and forcing the active column to rise.

      (2) After the installation of the fiberglass hydraulic support column during the load-bearing process, it is in a load-bearing state. With the extension of the support time, the load acting on the support column by the working face top plate increases. When the load borne by the support column exceeds the rated working resistance, the force of the high-pressure liquid in the inner cavity of the support column acting on the safety valve gasket exceeds the predetermined clamping force given to the hexagonal guide sleeve by the safety valve spring. The compression of the safety valve spring causes the safety valve gasket and the hexagonal guide sleeve to move together. The safety valve gasket leaves the valve seat, the safety valve is opened, the liquid in the inner cavity overflows, and the movable column shrinks downward. Rebalance the pressure on the top plate.

      (3) During the process of recovering the fiberglass single hydraulic support column, insert the unloading handle into the unloading hole of the right valve cylinder of the three-way valve, rotate the unloading handle, force the valve sleeve, connecting screw, oil injection valve body and other components to move axially, compress the unloading valve spring, remove the unloading valve gasket from the sealing surface of the left valve cylinder, open the unloading valve, and spray the working fluid in the inner cavity of the support column into the goaf through the left valve cylinder. The active column will retract under its own weight and the reset spring. Complete pillar recycling.
