Observation target 4
Observation points should be placed on the actual load-bearing body in order to accurately reflect the settlement of the building. Buildings of different shapes exert varying pressures on their foundations, resulting in different settlements. For regular shapes, observation points should be arranged at the corners of the surrounding areas, as well as on both sides of settlement joints and main (skirt) buildings; For irregularly shaped buildings, the placement of observation points should be adjusted appropriately according to their characteristics. For example, in our common fan-shaped buildings, the placement of observation points can be reduced in areas with long curves, while in areas with short curves, the placement of observation points should be increased.
