Description :
The inclinometer tube is a new type of pipe used in conjunction with inclinometers to measure the stability of various dams, slopes, excavations, foundations, piles, and cofferdams. It is divided into PVC inclinometer tubes and ABS inclinometer tubes according to the different materials. The PVC inclinometer tube is made of poly (5) and poly (6) resin powder, which is first processed and granulated, and then extruded in one go to form the inclinometer tube. The inclinometer tube and the inclinometer tube joint are connected by concave convex grooves, and self tapping screws are used to fix the inclinometer tube with 90 ° spaced guide grooves for the inclinometer probe orientation, to ensure light weight, strength, environmental corrosion resistance, and no twisting of the inclinometer tube guide groove. The ABS inclinometer tube is not twisted. The ABS inclinometer tube is made of high-strength ABS plastic particles extruded in one go. In addition to retaining the advantages of traditional PVC inclinometers, ABS has much better impact strength and toughness than PVC inclinometers. The deformation observation of foundation pits usually adopts a sliding inclinometer, which is mainly composed of four parts: inclinometer tube, probe, cable, and host. When applied in engineering, a inclinometer tube is first embedded in the soil (pile). After the soil (pile) deforms, the entire inclinometer tube also undergoes corresponding deformation. The inclinometer probe pulley is tested point by point along the groove to measure the horizontal displacement. Based on the magnitude of displacement, make predictions and guide construction.
