    Description :

      Dry type transformers do not require them to be placed in a single room due to the lack of oil, which means there are no issues such as fire, explosion, or pollution. Therefore, electrical specifications and regulations do not require dry-type transformers to be placed in a single room. The loss and noise have been reduced to a new level, creating conditions for transformers and low-voltage panels to be placed in the same distribution room.

      Working environment of dry-type transformer:

      1. 0-40 (℃), relative humidity<70%;

      2. Altitude: not exceeding 2500 meters;

      3. Avoid exposure to rainwater, moisture, high temperature, high heat, or direct sunlight. The distance between its heat dissipation ventilation holes and surrounding objects should not be less than 40cm;

      4. Prevent working in places with corrosive liquids, gases, dust, conductive fibers, or metal shavings;

      5. Prevent working in places with vibration or electromagnetic interference;

      6. Avoid long-term inverted storage and transportation, and avoid strong impact.

      Structural characteristics of dry-type transformers:

      Due to its strong short-circuit resistance, low maintenance workload, high operating efficiency, small size, and low noise, dry-type transformers are commonly used in places with high performance requirements such as fire and explosion prevention.

      Dry type transformer structure type:

      The iron core is mainly composed of silicon steel sheets and coils cast with epoxy resin. Insulation cylinders are placed between high and low voltage coils to increase electrical insulation, and the coils are supported and constrained by cushion blocks. The fasteners used for component overlap have anti loosening properties.

      Construction performance:

      2、 Cooling method:

      The cooling methods for dry-type transformers are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). During natural air cooling, the transformer can operate continuously for a long time at its rated capacity. When forced air cooling is used, the output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50%. Suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation; Due to the significant increase in load loss and impedance voltage during overload, it is in a non economic operating state and should not be subjected to long-term continuous overload operation.
