　　The safe operation and service life of dry-type transformers largely depend on the safety and reliability of the transformer winding insulation.

　　Cooling method of dry-type transformer

　　The cooling methods for dry-type transformers are divided into natural air cooling and forced air cooling. Under natural air cooling conditions, the transformer operates at its rated capacity for a long time. If forced air cooling is used, the output capacity of the transformer will increase by 50%. Suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation, the load loss and impedance voltage increase significantly during overload, and it is in a non economic operating state, so it is not desirable to operate continuously for a long time.

　　Wiring method of dry-type transformer

　　1. Connect the "input" and "output" terminals of the dry-type transformer to a shorter distance, and then test the insulation resistance of the grounding wire using a megameter program. If measured with 1000V megaohms, the resistance is greater than 2m ohms.

　　2. The dividing lines of the input and output power lines of dry-type transformers meet the requirements of their current values and are configured with a current density of 2-2.5a/min2.

　　3. The input and output three-phase power lines must be connected to phase A, phase B, and phase C according to the busbar color of the transformer end plate. Connect the neutral wire of the voltage transformer of the transformer to the neutral wire, connect the grounding wire, the shell of the dry-type transformer, and the center point of the transformer. The ground wire and neutral wire are generally led out from the neutral point of the transformer. When the transformer has a box, please connect it to the grounding sign on the box.
