Description :
Special attention should be paid to the fire safety measures of oil immersed transformers.
1. The fire protection distance between oil immersed transformers with an oil content of over 250kg and oil filled electrical equipment with an oil content of 600kg-2500kg is less than 5m.
2. When the fire distance between the two oil immersed transformers next to it does not meet the requirements, a fireproof wall or fireproof water curtain must be installed on the upper part of the fireproof partition. Single phase oil immersed transformers can only be equipped with fireproof partition walls or fireproof water curtains.
3. If the distance between the outer wall of the factory and the outer edge of the outdoor oil immersed transformer is less than the standard table, a firewall shall be used for the outer wall. The distance between the wall and the outer edge of the transformer is less than 0.8m.
4. If the distance between the outer wall of the factory and the outer edge of the oil immersed transformer is less than 5 meters, and the total thickness of the transformer is below 3M and the two sides of the frame are within 3M, doors and windows shall not be opened. The firewall outside the fire resistance limit of factory doors and fixed windows shall not be less than 0.9 hours.
5. When the individual oil volume of oil immersed transformers and other refueling electrical equipment exceeds 1000kg, a shared oil tank should be set up with the storage tank to place the pebbles of the transformer for fire prevention and oil decomposition.
6. Oil immersed transformers should be installed according to relevant regulations, with a fixed fountain system. The oil immersed auxiliary transformer is installed in a separate room, and the door of the room is a Class B fireproof door that opens outward and cannot be directly connected to the outside or corridor. It can be opened to other rooms.
