      35kV dry-type transformer product introduction:

      1. The high-voltage winding is made of enameled copper wire, while the low-voltage winding is made of copper foil. High voltage winding is made of glass fiber mesh cloth board, which is poured with imported epoxy resin in a vacuum state. After curing, it forms a sturdy whole with high mechanical strength, low partial discharge, and high reliability.

      Cooling method for 35kV dry-type transformer

      When the temperature of a 35kV dry-type transformer exceeds the insulation withstand temperature, it can cause insulation damage, affecting the safe operation and service life of the dry-type transformer. Therefore, a suitable cooling device should be installed on the 35kV dry-type transformer to keep the winding temperature within the allowable range. The commonly used cooling methods for dry-type transformers include natural air cooling and forced air cooling. The rated capacity of dry-type transformers is the capacity under natural air cooling. The output capacity of 35kV dry-type transformers with forced air cooling can be increased by 40% to 50%, and can be used for intermittent overload operation or emergency overload operation. The fan for forced air cooling is generally installed at the lower part of the dry-type transformer.
