6S shaker experiment
Shaking bed is an effective re-election equipment widely used in China, and its sorting part is basically a traditional wooden bed surface. Practice has proven that wooden bed surfaces are prone to deformation and damage, require frequent maintenance, have a short service life, and raw materials such as wood lacquer are becoming increasingly scarce, making it difficult to meet the requirements of production development. Therefore, new types of fiberglass bed surfaces such as LS type (6-S type) have been developed to replace wooden bed surfaces. It is identified that its structure is advanced, its performance is good, its operation is reliable, and its sorting index is excellent. It is completely different from the wooden bed in terms of material, structure, manufacturing process, etc. It is a major innovation of the traditional wooden bed, and it is determined to promote the use of mass production.
