　　1、 Daily maintenance items

　　1. Check if the compressed air pressure meets the requirements.

　　2. Remove the accumulated water in the gas source treatment component and observe the oil level in the oil mist device. If the oil level is not enough, it should be added.

　　3. Clear the dust on the surface of each photoelectric sensor.

　　4. Clean the exposed surface of the folding machine.

　　2、 Weekly maintenance items

　　1. Apply lubricating oil to the sprocket and chain, and adjust the tension of the chain.

　　2. Adjust the tension of the conveyor belt once.

　　3、 Monthly maintenance items

　　1. Add lubricating oil to each conveyor roller once.

　　2. Change the oil once after the first 300 hours of operation of the reducer, and then change it again after 1500 hours of operation.

　　3. Check the fastening condition of each connection.

　　4、 Folding machine installation

　　1. When the folding machine is transported from the manufacturer to your laundry room, you should first conduct a routine inspection of the dryer to check whether it is the type of machinery you purchased and whether there are any damage, inability to use or other problems during transportation. If there are any problems, you should immediately take photos and contact the manufacturer.

　　2. Before folding the machine, you should determine the installation position of the dryer. When selecting the installation position of the folding machine, you should consider the transportation channel, raw material turnover, water inlet, steam inlet, and drainage pipeline positions. Here, the washing equipment reminds you that the folding machine should be installed together with the dehydrator, dryer, and other equipment to reduce the distance between these devices and prevent various troubles caused by improper location selection.

　　3. Folding machine is one of the washing equipment with large volume and heavy weight, so the machine should be installed on a solid foundation and kept horizontal to prevent large vibrations during equipment operation due to uneven foundation and location, which may affect washing efficiency and the service life of the dryer.

　　4. Refer to the user manual of the folding machine, find the electrical control cabinet door of the folding machine according to the relevant content in the manual, and connect the 380V three-phase power line and neutral line according to the markings on the terminal post (it should be reminded that the power consumption of the folding machine must be 380V, and it is forbidden to connect low voltage or high voltage)

　　5. Refer to the instructions on the folding body label to connect the corresponding inlet and steam pipes. If the steam conditions are not met, the inlet can be blocked. If using steam heating function, please install pressure indicating device and safety device in a prominent location outside the machine's steam main pipeline.
