Description :

　　OPGW optical cable is mainly used on 500KV, 220KV, and 110KV voltage level lines. Due to factors such as power outages and safety, it is mostly applied on newly built lines.

　　OPGW optical cable: (Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire, also known as Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire) The structure generally adopts aluminum tube type, aluminum skeleton type, and (stainless) steel tube type structure. The structure of 16 core OPGW optical cable is to put 16 250 μ m optical fibers into a stainless steel sleeve, wrap aluminum clad steel wire (AS wire) around the sleeve, and wrap aluminum alloy wire (AA wire) layer on the outer layer to form a cable.

　　Characteristics of OPGW optical cable products:

　　Obtain large fiber optic excess length in a small steel pipe (once);

　　Single layer armor has slightly poorer resistance to torsion, lateral pressure, and tensile strength;
