Pre twisted tension clamp function: It is used to fix ADSS optical cables on the hanging points of corner, tension, and terminal towers, or to fix OPGW composite optical cables on the ground wire brackets of load-bearing towers. The failure load of various types of tensile fittings shall not be less than the calculated tensile strength value of the optical cable. Pre twisted tension fittings have the advantages of uniform stress distribution, no stress concentration points, good dynamic stress bearing capacity, and good anti-corrosion performance. Composition: Inner twisted wire, outer twisted wire, embedded ring, extension ring, U-shaped hanging ring, etc. Purpose: To withstand full tension and connect ADSS optical cables to terminal towers, tension towers, and cable splicing towers. The pre twisted wire is prefabricated into four sub bundles during factory processing to avoid installation errors and facilitate quick installation. The end of the pre twisted wire is bent radially outward to avoid squeezing and damaging the optical cable. The tension resistant outer twisted wire is made of galvanized steel wire or aluminum coated steel wire. The pre twisted wire is prefabricated into bundles during factory processing, and a strong layer of diamond sand is adhered to the inner wall to increase the grip strength of the tension resistant wire clamp while reducing lateral pressure on the optical cable.
