Description :
96 core optical cable is a communication cable with a transmission speed similar to light, while 48 core optical cable has a wide bandwidth, fast transmission speed, good confidentiality, resistance to electromagnetic interference, good insulation, long service life, and good chemical stability. The commonly used models of 96 core optical cables are mainly divided into two specifications: GYTA (armored) and GYXTY central bundle tube (non armored). The GYTA (armored) core fiber optic cable structure involves inserting 250 μ m optical fibers into a loose tube made of high modulus material, which is filled with a waterproof compound. A layer of double-sided plastic coated steel strip (PSP) is wrapped longitudinally outside the loose tube, and a water-resistant material is added between the steel strip and the loose tube to ensure the compactness and longitudinal water resistance of the optical cable. Two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form the cable. The structure of GYTA (armored) core optical cable is to embed 250 μ m optical fiber into a loose tube made of high modulus material, and fill the loose tube with waterproof compound. A waterproof layer is attached to the outside of the loose casing, and two parallel steel wires are placed on both sides and extruded into a polyethylene sheath to form a cable.
