　　Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product by the customer (based on the invoice date, or if there is no invoice, based on the shipping list date), if the following conditions are met, we will provide return and exchange services:

　　(2) Goods that do not match the order;

　　(3) Quality issues discovered by customers during installation, installation, and use, which have been confirmed to be quality issues with the product itself;

　　(4) Failure to deliver in accordance with the contract requirements (within 10 working days beyond the agreed period);

　　(5) The customer is willing to bear the related losses.

　　If the following conditions are met, we will not provide return or exchange services:

　　(1) Damaged during customer pick-up or transportation;

　　(2) The customer placed the wrong order due to their own reasons and needs to customize it;

　　(3) The customer has installed, laid or used it, and it has been confirmed that it is not a quality issue with the product itself;

　　(4) Invoices or shipping lists that are damaged or contaminated, making it impossible to prove the origin of the product.
