　　3. For the deployment of optical cables with a length of more than 2KM, it is not allowed to lay them all at once from head to tail. The optical cable must be coiled in the middle of the section and laid upside down in an 8-shaped manner towards both ends.

　　4. When unloading optical cables from a car, use a forklift or crane hoist to gently place the cables on the ground

　　5. In outdoor construction sites, when unloading optical cables from a car, it is advisable to place a flat board between the car platform and the ground, forming a 45 degree slope. A rope should be passed through the middle hole of the optical cable, and people should pull both ends of the rope on the car, so that the optical cable can slide down the wooden slope at a high speed. When unloading optical cables, they should be strictly stacked and placed flat. It is strictly prohibited to directly drop the cables vertically from a high place and place them under strong impact, which may cause damage to the cables.
