　　The ADSS optical cable adopts a loose layer twisted structure, in which the optical fiber is sheathed in a loose sleeve made of high modulus polyester material, and the sleeve is filled with waterproof compound. A loose tube (and filling rope) is twisted around a non-metallic central reinforcement core (FRP) to form a compact cable core, and the gaps inside the cable core are filled with water-resistant grease. The cable core is extruded with a polyethylene (PE) inner sheath, and then twisted in both directions with two layers of aramid yarn for reinforcement, followed by extrusion of a polyethylene (PE) jacket or an electrically corrosion-resistant (AT) jacket.
