These two types of fittings already have certain anti vibration capabilities. In order to further enhance the anti vibration capability, it is possible to consider installing anti vibration hammers, generally calculated according to the span: when the span is ≤ 300M, install one anti vibration hammer; When the span is greater than or equal to 300M, install two vibration dampers. 3. Precautions for OPGW construction and installation: OPGW construction and installation are different from ordinary steel strands, and attention should be paid to damage to avoid affecting the performance of optical fibers in the future. Special attention should be paid to OPGW torsion, micro bending, local radial pressure outside the wire clamp, and pollution of optical fibers. Therefore, the following effective measures should be taken during the construction phase to solve the problem: (1) installing balance hammers and anti twist devices on the walking board and tensioning clamp for OPGW torsion; Using special double groove pulleys; Adopting a tension defense line machine with dual winches; (2) Reduce the micro bending and stress of OPGW, and do not allow sharp angles to appear (control the small bending radius of 500mm); The diameter of the OPGW cable reel should not be less than 1500mm; the diameter of the pulley should be more than 25 times the diameter of the OPGW, generally not less than 500mm; the inner side of the pulley should have nylon or rubber pads to scratch the surface of the OPGW; Suitable traction wires and pay off fittings; The specified length of the OPGW is 6000M and the number of times it passes through the pulley; Limit the turning angle of the continuous laying line to ≤ 30 °. Within a tension section of the laying line, the direction of the OPGW after the turning angle should be in the shape of a "C"; (3) Control of unwinding tension: using hydraulic tension unwinding machines and traction machines with tension release devices; Limit the wire laying speed to ≤ 0.5 meters per second; (4) During the construction and installation of OPGW, attention should be paid to encapsulating the ends due to fiber optic pollution; In addition, before the OPGW arrives at the site and is installed, the optical fiber splicing should be carried out after the installation is completed, and after the completion of the entire line construction, the optical fiber attenuation acceptance test of the OPGW should be conducted on site in a timely manner.
