　　There are two types of OPGW composite ground wire optical cable structures: central tube type and layer twisted type. We can customize products that are suitable for customers according to their different needs and usage environments

　　The specific structure is as follows:

　　1. Stainless steel tube light unit:

　　Stainless steel pipes are made by winding and welding stainless steel strips, containing optical fibers and fiber paste. The outer surface of the steel pipe is coated with a layer of anti-corrosion cable paste to prevent electrochemical corrosion.

　　2. Fiber optic:

　　Fiber optics are identified using chromatography and color ring recognition. Number of large fiber cores per steel pipe: 48 ITU-TG.652 or G.655 fibers.

　　3. (Metal) wire:

　　The optical unit is twisted with aluminum clad steel wire and aluminum alloy wire to form a cable, in order to meet the necessary strength and conductivity and further protect the optical fiber. Aluminum clad steel wire complies with the IEC1232 (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard (equivalent to GB/T). Aluminum alloy wire complies with the IEC104 (International Electrotechnical Commission) standard (equivalent to JB/T8134-1997)

　　4 . Characteristics of central tubular OPGW:

　　The optical fiber is protected inside a sealed and waterproof stainless steel tube, which is placed at the center of the cable and twisted with one (or more) layers of single wires on the outside.

　　5. Characteristics of Layer Twisted OPGW:

　　The optical fiber is protected inside a sealed and waterproof stainless steel tube, with an aluminum clad steel monofilament at the center. The stainless steel tube and monofilament are twisted in layers, and one (or more) layer of monofilament is twisted on the outside.

　　6. Comparison between central tube and layer twisted OPGW:

　　The central tube type can have a thicker single fiber diameter and a thinner outer diameter than the layer twisted OPGW. The layer twisted OPGW can be twisted to produce larger cable diameters, while the SFPOC can be twisted to produce 2 or 3 layers of OPGW. Meet the requirements of large span and large short-circuit current capacity.
