Introduction to OPGW Optical Cable
OPGW optical cable, also known as Optical Fiber Composite Overhead Ground Wire. The OPGW optical cable adopts aluminum tube type, aluminum skeleton type, and stainless steel tube type structures. The 250 μ m optical fiber is wrapped in a sleeve made of stainless steel, and aluminum clad steel wire (AS wire) is wrapped around the sleeve. The outer layer is wrapped with aluminum alloy wire (AA wire) and twisted into a cable.
